By registering for, accessing and using the courses and programs offered within the BorderPoint Member Portal, you implicitly agree to the following terms and conditions of use and membership.
Character and Conduct
In becoming a member of the BorderPoint Member Portal, you agree to engage with other members and any staff in only the most courteous manner befitting the goal and purpose of this program, namely the development and cultivation of spiritual excellence.
The BorderPoint Platform and the Spiritual Excellence Program have been developed to provide a model of excellence in both character and conduct, and as a member you agree to progressively strive in exemplary engagement with others.
Rude, insulting, inappropriate or argumentative behavior will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to terminate the membership of anyone whose conduct we deem inappropriate or detractive.
Should your membership be terminated and you are no longer within the refund window if applicable for a particular course or program you are enrolled in, please note that there will be no refund issued.
Refunds and Cancellations
We want to remove the risk of enrollment and experiencing new information, and so unless otherwise noted, all of our courses and programs with the exception of Awakenings Academy, BorderPoint All Access and Personal Coaching are backed by an unconditional 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
If you feel a particular course you have enrolled in is not a good fit, please let us know within 14 days of enrollment and we will issue you a refund.
Upon cancellation of your membership, you will no longer have access to the respective course and will have to re-enroll if available should you later decide to rejoin the program.
Please note that there are no refunds issued beyond the 14-day grace window.
Awakenings Academy & BorderPoint All Access
Awakenings Academy and BorderPoint All Access membership can be cancelled at any time and future billing will cease upon receipt of your cancellation request. Please note that both of these programs require you to notify us of your intent to cancel a minimum of 5 days prior to your next billing renewal date. Once a charge has gone through, we do not issue any refunds on these recurring membership programs.
Should you decide to cancel your membership, you will retain access to member content for the remainder of your billing cycle, after which you will no longer be eligible for live sessions, included course library or any additional exclusive content.
Please note that the membership tuition for Awakenings Academy and BorderPoint All Access are subject to change and should you later decide to re-enroll in either of these programs, you will have to do so at the then current rate for membership.
Liability and Responsibility
